Anheuser-Busch InBev Operational Planning Expert interview questions

I had 2 experiences. I see them as red flags. The first interview was only focused on the ABinBev values, not on any experiences and abilities. For the second position, I got an instant feedback on my application, telling me that ABinBev finds me suitable for the position, and asked me for some details. I replied the questions. After a week, they asked if I was comfortable with the salary to proceed. I confirmed immediately. Two weeks later all I got is a refusal e-mail, not an interview.
