First you have the CV screening
If you are selected, you are invited to fulfill 3 online tests
If passed, you will have a phone strength-based interview followed by a business case
Then, you are invited in ABI's premises for an assessment day
Finally, you will have a Final Panel Interview with top managers of the company
CV screening, Culture Fit online test, AI video interview, Business Case interview, Leadership assessment.
After this process, GMT Summer Internship program starts and you would also have a final interview after the internship.

Business Casre Simulation - you are given a document to analyze and you must present your analysis and your solutions for 15min. And I recieved a couple in general questions about me and my capabilities.
