Multiple Interview Rounds. Well structured overall. The Final Round was in Bremen HQ with three other Applicants. Everyone was sitting on one side and the HR lead, Head of Sales etc. On the other Side.

How would you analyze the Potential for a coffe brand in Germany?
6 Rounds, ending with a panel. First rounds were Computer tests, to talk about yourself, potential match, cases. Ending with a panel were they check the way you think. that's sums it up

A very intense and multifaceted process. Took personality and IQ tests as part of the screening process and then the final step was a panel interview. About 7 employees and 8 interviewees.
