After uploading my motivation and CV online I was invited to a telephone interview. There they asked standard behavioral questions like when did I face a difficult problem and how did I solve it and strengths and weaknesses. Furthermore, they asked for challenges in the beer industry that AB InBev is facing and opportunities. If you succeed in this you get invited for an online cultural fit test.
If you succeed in the cultural fit test, you get invited to an assessment day. The program on this day started with a group case study where everyone in the group is one country manager and you have to argue why the budget would go to your project. In the end you have to decide together with the group to which country the budget goes. Furthermore there was 30 minute interview and as last excersise you get a random object (e.g. a pingpong ball) and get 5 minutes to come up with an alternative commercial use of the object and then you have to pitch it in 2 minutes. In between the different excercises all participants sit in a room and there were 2 trainees to answer questions.
