I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Anheuser-Busch InBev (New York, NY) in Sept 2016
Interview
Two telepresence interviews with my boss, as I was remote during the interview process. The first took about a half hour and focused on my resume experience and what I felt I could add to the company. A test project was assigned to me the same week and another interview was scheduled a few days later to talk about that experience. I had a short final interview with the team leader and ab offer was given a week later.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
What do I hope to accomplish in 8 months (internship length)?
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Anheuser-Busch InBev (Fairfield, CA) in Oct 2016
Interview
The interview seemed to be legitimate, however the result of the interview was that I was not hired for a position I was overly qualified to fill. It could have been a great investment, by InBev and a potential long term win for them, but I understand that I am not privy to their hiring practices, nor aware of their big picture and what their company needs are, at that time. The opportunity to work for a company that values my experience and work ethic is what I am continuing to pursue. Best wishes to all that have the opportunity to interview and work for InBev (Anheuser Busch)
