What are your strengths? when do you feel that you are comfortable?
The interview came after the aptitude tests and also some AI interview questions. There was a networking session just before where you could ask lots of questions, the interview itself put you into different scenarios to see how you would react and how well you know the business.

Interview process was well organaised, the assessment day was fun, and consistent of 3 exercises^ bussiness game, case and a one on one interview. Wthe whole process took about a month, from SHL test to a assessment day.
