I applied through university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Anheuser-Busch InBev (Saint Louis, MO) in Mar 2016
Interview
Gave them a resume at my college career fair, and had a 30 minute interview the next day
Completed two different online tests, then I was selected for a final interview.
The final interview was held at the St. Louis Brewery location, and included a facility tour, lunch, panel session where you could ask recent hires about their jobs, and finally three 30 minute interview sessions where you are asked questions by 2 interviewers at a time.
Overall it was a really positive experience for my first real inrerview. The Brewery tour was interesting, the people were friendly, and they really wanted you to have all the information on what the job consisted of.
I had to travel from my school to St. Louis for the final interview, and they reimbursed me $0.55 per mile and meals (if you save the receipts) even though I wasn't hired, which was great
My advice is to try to get some leadership experience. It seems like most of the engineering jobs there are management
Interview questions [2]
Question 1
The first, on campus interview was mainly behavioral.
"Name a time when you had to start a project over from scratch",
"Name a time when you had to solve a difficult engineering problem",
"Name a time when you helped someone else and it didn't benefit you",
"Name a time when you were the leader of a group and you had to solve a problem",
"Name a time when you used time-management and prioritizing skills"
etc
ALL of the on site interviewers asked the same questions.
Tell us about yourself/ walk me through your resume
What makes you different from the other candidate in the next room?
I applied online. I interviewed at Anheuser-Busch InBev
Interview
Overall very lengthy interview process, a lot of technical filtering rounds and behavioral tests, followed by a round on HireVue, a phone call interview, and a final panel interview with a brewery team and 3 other candidates

I applied through university. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Anheuser-Busch InBev (Rolla, MO) in Feb 2015
Interview
Began contact at college career fair. A day later they emailed to schedule an interview for the next week. It was a behavioral interview. Pretty straightforward. They emailed back after a few weeks for a phone interview. It was another behavioral interview with several managers. Last interview was with the plant manager. It was a simple conversation.
