Interview
In person interview with Head of Legal for the South African office and selected practice lead heads. Very friendly and informal. Followed by psychometric tests and package discussions with the HR team.

The process itself started with a round of psychometric testing, which was then followed by two interviews. The first interview was with my manager and HR. The second was with my manager once removed.
