You Apply first - Then 1st Interview - Psychometric Tests - Then Final Interview (if you're lucky to make it here) - Medical Fitness Test- Screening (yeh they checking all your secrets and whatnots) - Then BOOM!!! Hirinngg!! Signing of the Contracts. MONEYYYYY!!
