I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at AngelList in Jan 2022
Interview
I got in touch with a recruiter who set me up with a 20 min phone screen followed by a 30-45min in depth background interview with the department director the following week.
Process started off fine, they were responsive and friendly - but after my second interview, both the recruiter and department director ghosted me, and didn't reply to email follow ups I sent after 2-3 weeks of waiting - extremely rude and unprofessional, I think their recruiting department isn't too well coordinated. No official rejection or courtesy reply.
Otherwise, seems like a cool company in an interesting space.
