I was never truly interested in joining this company. From the very first day I came for the interview, I felt this wasn't the kind of place where one could stay long. The atmosphere felt more like a factory than a professional workplace, where employees are treated like laborers.
Even though I had made up my mind, I was pulled into the process with fake promises—praising my skills, offering high salary numbers, and sweet-talking. I even had a conversation with the owner, and honestly, it felt like sitting in front of someone who sees workers as machines, not humans—just people to obey and work without questions.
That conversation made it clear, but still, I gave it a chance. Later, after doing my own research, I found out everything I felt was right. This company treats employees like tools. They want robots, not professionals. No respect, no value—just work, work, and more work.
They see people from here as desperate, like someone who will bear anything for money. You ask for a leave, they start looking for your replacement. It’s a trap mindset.
Honestly, instead of joining this company, you’re better off doing daily wage work. At least you’ll have your self-respect and peace of mind.
