Series of phone interviews to start, if you can get past the phone interviews they will fly you out to deliver to them a presentation on why they should hire you.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Anduril (Seattle, WA) in Aug 2024
Interview
HR didn't really know what positions to interview me for but wanted to do a general tech screen. The tech screen was an hour of leet code toy C++ problems. The problems were quite easy, but they told me I did not pass afterwards. I'm guessing because I didn't finish the toy problems fast enough. Honestly, it is amateurish to gate industry leading scientists with toy C++ problems. Unless the company wants to solve toy problems, then the process is great.
I applied through a staffing agency. I interviewed at Anduril
Interview
The recruiter discriminated against me because I'm disabled and old.
He assumed that due to my age and disability, it would not be possible for me to have "Anduril Speed". But, he never asked me if I can think or work fast.
One interview with recruiter then two interviews with two different chief engineers. Finally an onsite interview consisting of a presentation and 5-6 individual interviews. The presentation is a technical presentation on a topic of your choosing. Many of the one on one interviews were also technical.
