Interview
I had an informal phone call with an Anduril employee to express interest in applying. He recommended a job req for me to apply. I applied and had quick outreach from a HR rep. I got scheduled for a marathon of 4 online interviews in one day. The interviews were an 30-60 minutes asking a variety of questions from character, past experience, relevant experiences, knowledge of industry, and more. I had an offer shortly after. Pretty seamless process.

Describe a challenging professional experience where you failed.
The admin was drawn out and seemed disorganised with interviews arranged and then moved at short notice. 4 months from applying to final interview. Interviews themselves felt unconstructed. Received a short rejection email. Requested feedback but was told feedback wasn't available. Disappointing, especially after the time and effort put in and the positive endings to all interviews.
