I got a phone interview with hiring manager after submitting through my college portal. I received a request for a phone interview a week later. She was very nice and welcoming. It was mostly fit questions and getting to know you. She called late, but apologized and very professional about it. Be relatable and energetic and I think you will be fine.

they asked if i had any experience working with excel
phone call was easy with HR, mostly asked about myself, not much behavioral questions. why i chose the school i went to, pick out something from your resume, why anderson, etc.
Interviewers were very easy to talk to. It was super casual. Mostly talked about myself and prior experience. Even talked about college and why I chose the major I did.
