I applied through university. I interviewed at Andersen (Los Angeles, CA)
Interview
I applied through university. The interview was very conversational which was very helpful. When the interview is not structured, it is really easygoing. That made me feel confident and it was a nice conversation.
First a 20 minute phone screening interview. Then I was contacted again to schedule 2 30 minute interviews back to back. Interviews were all behavioral. No technical questions were asked.
First round with hr and second round with manager, both via video calls. The process went smoothly and easily to answer. Just some behavioral questions and questions based on your resume.

I applied through university. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Andersen (Chicago, IL) in Mar 2024
Interview
The interview was very relax. I had the opportunity to meet one of the MDs at my university’s career fair. I had a great chat with him. I was very surprised to see him on the other end of the interview. We picked off where we left off, so it didn’t feel much like an interview to me. He was very personable and asked questions based on the conversation we were having rather than grilling me for answers.
