Enjoyable, conversational in nature. Wanted to have an idea of who they would be bringing on the team from a more personable level, and wanted to understand strengths/weakness and how I think, organize and work. They were also very transparent, which I truly appreciate.

I had 3 interviews (1 phone, 2 zoom) over the course of about 2 weeks. The pacing of the interview process was great, and they followed up quickly after each step. Smooth and seamless process!

Interview
I applied for the position on their website and received an email the following day to set up a phone interview. The phone interviewer was very kind and personable, and she was transparent about what they were looking for and their timeline. A day later, I received an email to schedule my second interview and was able to set up a Zoom interview with my potential supervisor. She was also extremely kind, personable, and transparent throughout the process. A couple of days later, I received a call offering me the position.

They asked a lot of questions, and while I don’t remember all of them in detail, they were focused on assessing my skills and how I would fit within the team. The interview felt conversational, with an emphasis on understanding my experience and how it aligned with the role.
