Fast and easy. Know what the company is about beforehand. Listen to everything that is asked and respond with detailed answers. Know what your strengths and weaknesses are beforehand and present them in a clear and understandable way

Interview
The entire process took approximately two months. After being contacted by HR and asked standard questions, an initial screening was followed by a technical interview. I was told that if I was rejected, it would take 1-2 weeks, and if I was accepted, it would take up to a month. However, after a month, when I emailed HR, I learned that I had been rejected.
