A long process with multiple meetings, yet being interested is more than enough to get a job offer. Make sure that you know about the history of the company and be nice.
The process started with competency and english tests. The second phase was an assessment center which included case studies and group studies. If you successfully pass the lasdt part is a panel style interview with managers from all over the company.
