This was a 3 part interview process, with two virtual interviews and one in person interview. One 15 min interview, one virtual recorded interview. Then a third in person interview. Two people were present in the in person interview.

Everyone I spoke with was very nice and respectful. After the interview, it did take a while to hear back and I had to reach out again for an update. But overall it was a nice experience.
I just had the first interview and it was a virtual recorded interview. It wasn’t bad at all because you have 3 chances to record your answer per question. I can see why companies would do a recorded interview when screening multiple candidates, however it was extremely impersonal and there is no opportunity to learn more about the company. In my opinion, as a candidate applying to multiple companies and going through multiple interviews a recorded interview is a disadvantage to Amwins.
