Interview
Only had one interview with a panel of three managers. Each asked 10 questions. Confidence, accuracy, intellect, poise, and professionalism are key components. Take time to plan your answers, don't be nervous, ask questions, and when you answer the questions engage all parties in the room.

How do you respond to pressure and stress on the job. I think that question is difficult simply because each job presents different levels of stress so you can't possibly relate to what is stressful regarding train movement.
