Phone screen with HR. Then two interviews with senior manager. Asked to complete a 30-60-90 which I do not like to do unless I have an offer, but it's a catch 22, don't do it, and not move on, do it for free and take a chance. Walked them through the document. Ghosted! Company did not have the integrity to even respond to my follow up's, totally ghosted. This is NOT the way to treat a candidate. If you can not show respect for a candidate, how do they treat their employees?
