Amrize interview questions

I was contacted through a third party agency (working for Amrize) about the opportunity. The interview was held virtually where the hiring manager asked about my background and prior experience. The company and hiring manager seemed toxic and not somewhere was willing to invest in it's employees.

HR phone screen for 30 minutes asking about experience on resume. 1 hour zoom call with environmental director who asks about technical skills. 75-minute panel interview onsite with a 30-minute plant tour, behavioral based questions. Mentioned during the interview that the position had frequent turn-over.
