First I am asked to fill an application form .After some days the mentors panel called me for an interview.They asked me some questions and I answered them.Then they said that they would inform me later the short listed candidates.Then I was short listed and they called me for another interview.There the mentors along with the HOD and the previous secretary questioned me , I answered them and I got selected.
