asked basic questions was asked why i wanted to change jobs and what my work ethics are and my availability and what i study at uni etc.

"Can you describe a challenging project you worked on and how you handled it?"
First, they shortlisted the candidates then they called the candidates for a face to face interview. The interview is conducted by the manager or a higher duty person there. If everything goes well they will call you for induction
