It was very last minute and I did not have ample time to prepare. They asked me to interview the same day. It was pretty obvious that I was being interviewed just to fill a quota.

What would you do if you were asked to do something that's not in your wheelhouse?
Neutral experience: Initial emails with questionnaires led to interviews. Unfortunately, after the third round, communication ceased, leaving the process incomplete and the outcome uncertain. Would be better if recruiter would at least follow up with a rejection email instead of ghosting

Long interview process. 3 rounds of interviews.
The people were friendly and seemed very happy to be with the company. They were passionate about the company’s mission. The remote work setting and not too much travel were attractive for me.
