Interview
Half an hour interview on the phone with HR. Then IN PERSON SAME DAY - 1/2 hour with HR. Two to three hour panel interview with VP’s. Half an hour with the General Manager. Lastly half an hour with HR to wrap up. Only one follow up from HR after i emailed a couple times. First agreed to salary. Then ghosted. Noticed the role closed and opened at lower level.

Call with HM. HM did not seem to understand the extent of my experience and expertise in the company's technical space. Seemed to have little familiarity with the rigors or nuances of agency work versus internal recruiting.
