Amnesty International UK interview questions

Interview was done online with about 4 on the panel. They were all just writing notes. Questions were given in advance. And a small task to complete first involving writing an email to promote an event to a certain demographic.

You're sent the interview questions 24 hours before hand so for any anxious people out there, this was a green flag. Because of the strong candidates I had to do an extra round of interviews which were unplanned, but they were open and honest about that.
