Two stage interview process. Friendly and open environment not designed to trick you. Questions ranged from asking about experience to personal interests. Panel were nice throughout and I was happy with the process

Interview
Interview process with initial screening, followed by a written assessment and a final interview stage (with around 4-5 candidates booking a final interview). Panel were professional and kind, asking many questions on different aspects of the role.

Question 1
Competency based interview (panel based), divided in 5-6 subsections (previously disclosed via email), and follow-up questions on each section (duration aprox 1 hour)
Two rounds of interviews, mix of competency and strength based questions. Overall positive experience. Questions not designed to trick you and fairly straightforward. Heard back within the dedicated time period
