Hireview - One-way video interview, after HR direct recruited me and told me the hiring manager wanted to have a digital interview with me (thought she meant skype as it is 2019).
Agile Coaches are usually Director/Managerial level roles so surely they did not mean a one-way interview where I speak to a computer asking me video-recorded questions where I can't interrupt or redo the interview. This is a known discriminatory and archaic practice. If the company can't make time to speak to you personally, do you really want to work for them? This is not an entry level role. The questions are uninspiring and general. Utter waste of time and money, but a great way to alienate and lose innovative and qualified candidates.
