People were awesome, they really care about who they take in and so they put into extra effort to make sure they have the right person. First round interview is 1v1 with 2 people back to back. Second round interview they invite everyone to the campus for SuperDay where they do a campus tour, company intro, and another 4 rounds of 1v1 interview.

The interviewers (associates level) were really nice and easy to talk to. Questions were generally not hard. If you're interviewing for internship positions in finance, make sure to search for current news/ M&As etc. in the biotech/pharma industry.
