Interview
Very stressful. Made me interview with at 6 people( team members ) on different days and time. It would mean about 6 hours just interviewing. Too time consuming and just repetitive and redundant.
Focused on both personal and technical aspects but also expectations from the role (how you will contribute if you get this role). They expect you to be honest and frank in your answer
