Applied online, Got hiring manager interview, Seemed was greatly interested in experience and expertise. Moved into panel interview. Seemed interaction with each of panelists quite well, and very positive response, then no response to follow up, neither from interview coordinator or hiring manager, Liked completely muted and disappeared from the world for months before a final decline message.

The interview went well and the regular interview questions were asked. I specific work experience related to the position was shared with the hiring manager. However, I am not sure about the next step for the role I applied for.

What's the trend of the industry, in your opinion?
Over the phone for a first screen interview. Then an interview dinner, followed the next door by a full day of one-on-one and group interviews, including a candidate seminar. The day ended with a second interview dinner for 12 hours of continuous interviewing.
