Interview
One on one with the manager, wanted to know about you and your work effort. Past working experience and goals for working at the company . Asked availability and asked if you have clean record and can drive stick shift. Need to have a valid license and insurance. Asked How old you are, and if you can work weekends. Wanted to know how soon you could start working and if you would be able to run for extended periods of time to get cars for the customers during busy hours.

Did a driving test at another location. Had to park and go around cones. and asked about my schedule. I got a call back within the week. Overall fairly simple and quick.

Have a run and drive test. Very easy make the run in the allotted time frame. The drive test was going in and out of cones backing into a parking spot.

Got a phone call, was asked a few questions, then was asked to come to the lot for training. Once you get the job, of course you will have to pass a background screening.
