Interview
Initial recruiter screenings are followed by a technical screening. If you pass those first rounds, you'll have a one or two day round with five peer/leadership behavioral and craft interviews. If you pass that intensive round, TA gives you a detailed debrief, then an offer. Otherwise, you receive a pretty standard rejection.
