I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at American Tower (Woburn, MA)
Interview
I was contacted by a recruiter as they found my resume online. After saying I would be interested, I was contacted by an HR scheduler who set up the interview for me. I arrived on time for my interview in the mid-morning, but my interviewers did not. I sat in the lobby for over an hour waiting. When my first contact emerged, she gave me a mediocre apology saying a meeting came up. An email stating you would have to delay our interview takes 30 seconds, and would have saved me sitting there for an hour. In all I spoke to 3 people who all seemed fairly disinterested in doing an interview. The questions were prototypical interview lines that one would expect for lower-level roles in companies. While I was easily qualified for the role, they seemed to have a tone of doubt when asking me about my capabilities for various functions. They also emphazied early on in the conversation it was a non-salaried role with a pretty low hourly rate for a college-graduate. Overall I found the entire process unprofessional and disrespectful of me as a job candidate.

I applied online. The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at American Tower
Interview
Two interviewers, very casual, brief tour. Interview did feel like a two way street where being interviewed was as much of an opportunity to interview back if the fit was correct.

Question 1
What experiences drew you to apply to the position?
Had a phone call to discuss the details of the job. Never came in and met anyone face to face. Thought this was strange. But since I was working through a hiring company I didn't know if this was normal.

Question 1
Lots and lots of questions, they are trying to look for a lot, very detailed...questions more to do with your personality, your job experiences and scenario based questions. Nothing technical as such.
