3 interviews, the same questions with different people. It was a great group of people. I enjoyed my time working there. It became very corporate and lost the feel that made it appealing.
My initial interview was by phone with the HR department. After HR determined I was a good candidate, the National Field Team manager came to my region for in-person interview. We went through a typical day in the field, and ended the interview process with a few traditional interview questions. After that, he met with the HR team and decided on their candidate.
