November 2023: Process began with an outside recruiter contracted for this role. After meeting with the hiring manager, I then had to perform a data analysis exercise on their products and present it to a panel of 4 people. After that was an in-office 5 hour session where I met 4 different teams for ~60 minutes followed up by lunch. After all that, I was then asked to provide 4 references. A week later I receive a rejection notice, with zero feedback and none of my references having been contacted. This process was a complete waste of my time and also made me look bad to my references who were expecting to be contacted.
