Well, it was at upwork on Augest 2017. I applied to the job post and after few days I just received reply from the emplyer about give a test and I just did it.

I applied to the marketing agency through Glassdoor and received an email back within the week that it was received ... About a month later I received an email to schedule my phone interview. The call was between myself, the owner Matt Steffen and their lead copywriter. It seemed like they were more concerned about my personality, daily habits and what I enjoy/dislike more than questions about graphic art. Then the owner sent me a work assignment (create a new logo, brochure template, etc.) for a fake company called Pats Pickles. I had 24 hours to get it done. After I submitted everything, I was hired a few days later.
