Property where I was working went for sale and American Landmark bought it. Property was the Parc at Wesley Chapel. Interview with new regional manager. Shared concerns about management and did nothing to address them.

Interview process was simple. I received a phone call the day after submitting my application. I showed up to the location and waited a few minutes for the interviewer to finish up with another candidate. The regional manager also came over to talk to me which was nice. Unfortunately I never heard back from the interviewer.

Interview
I was reached out to by the property and regional manager about a week after submitting my resume on indeed. When I arrived I was promptly greeted by the regional manager, I arrived a bit early so they asked me to have a seat as they completed a bit of their work. After a short wait I was called into the office where I had a very pleasant and professional interview with the property and regional manager.
