American LED Technology interview questions

Interview went well and i was hired but when i reported in for my first day i was put in a different position and basically i was lied to . In this position , just like any other role at this employer , i was micromanaged to death and was not allowed to fully do my job and the tasks at hand without being overshadowed . I showed initiative but that was never good enough , it was like they wanted to baby everybody and treat him or her as if they has no intelligent decision making capabilities of their own .
