American Jewish Committee interview questions

It was 40-50 minutes. A rather standard behavioral interview to get to know the candidate. The interview soon then turned into a discussion with a few scenarios thrown at me.

There was a written application followed by 2 interviews. One with hiring manager and one with regional director and hiring manager. Requested writing samples after second interview. They had requested references, too. They then offered me the job.
