The interview questions are the basic questions like past employment, hours willing to work, just stuff like that.
I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at American Income Life (Orange, CA) in May 2015
Interview
First Stage: Phone interview with HR. Very quick. Was then invited to come in person for a meeting. Second Stage: 1 on 1 interview with basic interview questions.
Third Stage: Group Panel, viewed a video and couple managing members came in to discuss the job and position.
Fourth Stage: Went back to the original interviewer and was offered a position.

Virtual group interview with about 11 people. They gave a breakdown of what would be required (An insurance license) and what we could expect. There is no base salary and each sale is estimated to average $500

Interview
Process was disjointed and inconclusive. Zoom - 3 total. 1st- basic meet-greet. 2nd- a company promo video you watch alone mostly about an annual convention in a tropical location: nothing specific about the job. 3rd- "Host is in another meeting," waited 20 mins and left, so it never happened.

There wasn't a real interview. Never got to find out about the agency or the actual position. If it's that disorganized and disrespectful from the get-go, I want nothing to do with it.
