No real interview, you go in and they pitch the company to you. Not once was I asked a question about myself. They also did not go over my resume or my contacts. You can tell that they are salesmen because they tried to sell the company so hard. It all seemed to good to be true, so err on the side of caution.

No real questions, they just asked if I was excited about the company and about the opportunity to work there.
You sit through a short presentation to get an idea of the process and benefits. They ask the typical sales questions to get you engaged. With a door to door type sales position they explain the importance of setting appointments.

they have a webinar that explains the job then they have a questionnaire for you to fill out, seems very detailed and informative for someone who's never been in the insurance industry. seems like you could make a lot of money if you were good with people.
Fun and informative , the company has agencies within the company that act as independent subsidiaries. The Andre McCollum agency seems to be a lively place to be at and the atmosphere is great.
