First they used an alias when marketing they employment opportunity, second they didn't accurately describe the compensation package prior to the interview, In addition on the phone interview they actually misstated and mislead me on the compensation package. I specifically asked was this a commission only position or a base+commission like it was listed on the job board...they assured me in the phone interview that it was base plus. however when I got to the interview i was told it was 100% commission only...and when I should the interview the email where they said it was base plus his simply said it was a mistake and asked me to continue to waist my time and stay for a 90 presentation

Interview
They set it up like a synergy seminar, I was a room full of roughly 50 people and they ranted about how great it was to work for their company. It was not an interview it was a pitch.
