Its not really an interview but an orientation of the company history, what they do and how they do it. Seems like everyone gets offered a first interview and any one willing to continue makes it to the second interview. Second interview was one on one but again not really an interview but a description of how they work, the training and the compensation (which is all commission based) and if you agree to the terms you'll get an offer.
