Question 1
Can you tell me about one of your favorite events you've coordinated in the past?
Phone interview first, then online with 3 chances to record your answer, then with the supervisors virtually. Was offered to email and talk to the Executive Director of the area.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at American Heart Association (Orlando, FL) in Dec 2023
Interview
The interview process was quite long. From my initial interview to accepting the position was around a month. I started with a virtual interview where I recorded my responses to recorded questions. Then I was scheduled for a virtual interview with 2 Directors. A week after that, I was scheduled for a 15 minute call with the Executive Director for the region. I didn't hear anything from the recruiter for almost 2 weeks after that. I did email her twice asking for an update, but didn't hear anything until she called and offered me the job. I will say, this process happened in the middle-end of December, and they were off the entire week of Christmas.
