The interview process was fairly straightforward. The team moved quickly even during the holidays. There was lots of transparency in the interview discussions about the job, expectations, compensation, and so on. I met with a recruiter, my now supervisor, and the hiring manager as well as was invited to come observe an event the team was hosting.
