My interview was 16 years ago and I know that the hiring process has changed. Someone from "Talent called me and there was a 20-30 minute phone interview. Then I was scheduled for a face to face interview where the resume was reviewed and general questions were asked. The final phase was an extensive hour long SIDS interview.

Conversation with the recruit then led to conversation with director - General questions about background, more specific to resume rather than position, overall a fairly common interview with broad questions.

Interview
The virtual recorded interview was interesting. I guess it's a way to understand who can answer on the fly. The time between calls was a few weeks, the structured interview process seems to be new to the interviewer.

The entire team took the tine to meet with me which I really appreciated. It’s important to know who you will work with. The process was very lengthy and included a phone interview before in person interview.
