I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at American Fundraising Foundation (Orlando, FL) in Aug 2018
Interview
I arrived and was put in a room with eight other candidates. We were then told to read some promotional material explaining what the company does. After that, we all watched a 5 minute video on what the company history. Then we were escorted into the CEOs office and listened to him talk more about the company and the position. I sat quietly and listened to him speak for about an hour without being asked a single question. We were then escorted into the lobby to wait to meet with CEO individualy. Me thinking that once that I have the CEOs individual attention I can impress him. That never happened. When we finally met one-on-one he continued with more stories about himself and never asked me a single question. After three or so minutes of me listening to him speak the interview was over. Since I was never asked any questions I guess I wasn't what they were LOOKING for.

Interview
I waited over an hour to meet with the CEO. The passing employees seemed stressed and hurried. Finally, when I was called in he spoke about himself and talked in circles. It was a very scattered interview. When it was my turn to speak he asked me about my husband and his career. He then proceeded to correct my speech pattern. It was the most awkward interview I have ever had.

Chaos, CEO didn't ask any questions- talked non-stop about his past as a News Anchor. Everyone was running around very stressed. Then Met with his wife and a Senior Development Director; they were very nice and asked great questions. The meeting with them convinced me that this might be a great opportunity
