American Express Risk Management Manager interview questions

My interview was conducted at Grace Hopper Celebration (GHC) conference. I received an email from them saying they are interested and asked a couple of questions over email (what kind of tools and methodologies I have used, any background in risk analytics). They scheduled the next round to be conducted at GHC. Prior to the interview, the HR emailed me regarding what to expect. I prepared accordingly, but none of the questions were asked based on what was communicated by the HR. On top of that, the interviewer didn't have my resume and told me there was a mix up and that they were actually considering someone else with the same name but different university. I don't understand how that happened since the HR corresponded with me via my university email. I had also sent her my resume again, which just goes to show how great she is at her job—clearly, she didn't bother to check which university I'm from. These things kind of thew me off track before the interview.

5 rounds total: initial phone screen w/HR, phone screen with hiring leader, in-person with 3 people, followed by critical test over the phone with hiring leader & final phone interview with the SVP
